Popular Nigerian musician, Eedris Abdulkareem, a Nigerian hip hop singer. Raised, Eedris Turayo Abdulkareem Ajenifuja to a polygamous family in Kano, Nigeria, his dad was from Ilesha, Osun State, and his mother was from Ogun State. Bred in Kano, he chose Kano State as his state of origin.
He has now decided to explain what really caused his dispute with American rapper, 50 Cent – Eedris said that the organisers of the show, the American artiste were to perform at, played him and set the rapper against him – In his live chat with Samklef, he also called out popular human right activists, Festus Keyanmo and Charley Boy for betraying him.
HE spoken in-depth about the 50 Cent saga that happened many years ago when the American rapper was requested to perform in Nigeria. In his Instagram live chat with Samklef, a prominent beat producer, he said that the penance he made in holding his ground against the selfish ways Nigerian musicians were managed made the way for many today.
The Jaga Jaga crooner said that when he insisted to be given the same classy approach as 50 Cent, he knew what he was jeopardising, reckoning that he had to either pick between being weak or doing what is best.
Towards the tail-end of the video, he said that popular activist, Festus Keyamo, and Charley Boy all sold him out during the period, revealing how they did so.
